Vipunen is the education administration's reporting portal. The Ministry of Education and Culture and the Finnish National Agency for Education are jointly responsible for its content. 

The Finnish National Agency for Education strives to guarantee the accessibility of Vipunen.fi in accordance with the national legislation implementing Directive 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This accessibility statement applies to the Vipunen.fi Vipunen.fi website, which was launched in 2013. Unfortunately, Vipunen Excel and Power BI reports do not fully meet the accessibility requirements due to the features in the given software provider's applications. We are working to improve accessibility for these reports when it is possible for software vendor development in applications.

If you need the statistics contained in an Excel or PowerBI report in a format that is accessible from a particular report, please contact saavutettavuus@vipunen.fi. On a case-by-case basis, we will determine whether it is possible to produce the necessary information in an alternative, accessible format.
